Our breeding program is dedicated to producing beautiful, intelligent, healthy, balanced, and versatile German Shepherds with the stable character and trainability necessary to excel as family companions, service dogs, therapy dogs, SAR, or sport dogs.

We specialize in West German Show Line German Shepherds from outstanding VA and VA1 World Sieger show bloodlines. Our breeding dogs are carefully selected for stable, balanced temperaments with excellent trainability, focus, confidence, and with kind, smart, and people oriented personalities. 

Health & Orthopedic Testing
Health testing is an important part of the Shiraz German Shepherd breeding program. Our breeding dogs all undergo comprehensive orthopedic and genetic screening appropriate to the breed. The testing includes the hip and elbow certification along with Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) testing. 

Service Dog Temperament
Shiraz German Shepherds has extensive experience breeding German Shepherds with the temperament and trainability required for service work. 

Our breeding program prioritizes dogs that are confident without being overly reactive, highly trainable, people oriented, environmentally sound, and capable of maintaining an even temperament in everyday life. 

Dogs and puppies from Shiraz bloodlines have been selected and trained for service work while also making exceptional family companions.
